After working for eight years in Canada and New York City for a destination management company and an event management company, LaFlamme Consulting Group was founded in 1995 by France LaFlamme. France later partnered with Steve MacDonald, a corporate executive at MCI before he teamed up with prestigious worldwide event marketing and production agencies, Caribiner, then Jack Morton Worldwide.
